Getting into the water should be a pleasure for everyone. Twice a day, our specialised staff are ready to help you enjoy the sea with peace of mind, using Job chairs and specially designed wheelchairs.

Beach-level bar

Our bar serves light meals at beach level, with no steps or slopes. It is fully accessible from the umbrellas, the shoreline and the promenade, so you can enjoy lunch, breakfast or an aperitif with a sea view.

Beach rules

  • The bathing establishment opens at 08:00 and closes at 19:30. Customers wishing to stay outside these hours must inform management and obtain authorisation.
  • A maximum of 4 adults may be present under the same umbrella at any one time.
  • Each umbrella place must have a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 3 items of equipment, chosen from sun loungers, chairs and deckchairs. Equipment may be used only for its intended purpose and must remain in the area directly in front of the umbrella, within the relevant row. Chairs and sun loungers must not be moved away from the assigned beach place so as to encroach on neighbouring places. Deckchairs or sun loungers must not be taken from other beach places. Customers must take care not to damage the equipment and must promptly inform management of any malfunction.
  • The bathing establishment’s facilities (showers, foot showers and shared areas) are reserved for its customers.
  • Pursuant to Article 21, paragraph 4 of Tuscany Regional Law no. 59 of 20 October 2009, this establishment exercises its right not to accommodate animals on its premises.
  • Private equipment, such as deckchairs or chairs, may not be brought into the bathing establishment.
  • The bathing establishment provides no security or safekeeping service for valuables or belongings.
  • Windsurfing boards and kitesurfing equipment may not be used, as the establishment has no designated launch corridor.
  • No type of gas cylinder, including camping stoves, may be kept in cabins.
  • Lighting fires on the beach is prohibited.
  • Throwing cigarette ends or paper onto the beach is prohibited.
  • Cigarette ends and other waste must not be thrown onto the beach or left, even temporarily, anywhere else. They must be placed in the designated bins.
  • Each beach place has its allocated space. Lying on the sand between umbrellas with your own beach towels and encroaching on other beach places is prohibited.
  • Playing loud music, shouting or making excessive noise at your beach place is prohibited, so that all customers can enjoy their time at the bathing establishment.
  • Tables and chairs are reserved for bar customers and may be used only to consume products purchased at the bar.
  • Improper or inappropriate behaviour, or any behaviour that disturbs other customers, is not permitted.
  • Playing football, beach tennis or volleyball is prohibited.
  • Payment is due on arrival at our establishment. For the specific conditions, please consult the Booking Rules, displayed at the establishment and available on the website.
  • Management reserves the right to amend these Rules at any time to ensure that everyone can enjoy the facilities to the fullest. The Rules are displayed on the designated noticeboard.

Booking rules

  • Bookings for the season open on 7 January each year.
  • Customers wishing to book at our bathing establishments must tell us the exact period they are interested in and the first and last name of the person in whose name the booking should be made. If beach places are still available for that period, management will reply with an official quotation, which the customer may accept.
  • Bookings are valid only when made in writing through our official business channels (email, SMS, Messenger, Direct, WhatsApp, Telegram). You can find our contact details on our website, www.spiaggiatangram.it.
  • On arrival, customers must show the booking acceptance message received from management.
  • Management requires an advance payment before registering a booking. If the advance payment is not made within 5 days, the booking is considered cancelled.
  • In some cases, management reserves the right to require full payment in advance.
  • The balance is payable on arrival at our establishment. For seasonal customers, payment is made in two instalments, one by 10 June and one by 31 July.
  • The price list is published on our website, www.spiaggiatangram.it, and displayed at our establishment.
  • The price list is updated by 7 January each year and is not changed again until the following year.
  • Cancellation by the customer results in the loss of the deposit paid.
  • Customers may change their booking dates without penalty. If the change extends the previously agreed stay, management must first check whether beach places are available for the additional days.
  • If customers do not arrive at the beach on the first day of their booking, management will consider their booking cancelled from the following day.
